At our boot camps, we provide a positive/safe setting where you can feel safe to workout at an intensity that suits your goals and exertion rate. We are trained at determining how hard you can push yourself and will encourage to get the maximum output in a short period of time while having fun.
  2. Muscle confusion. Your body is a machine and will try to get in a groove. Workouts become easier the more you do them. This is your body's way of working smarter, not harder. At our boot camps, we provide 12 to 15 stations that you spend one minute on at a time. One day might focus on abs and lower body while another day will target upper body and balance. The trick is to constantly change it up, so the body does not adjust. This does not mean you will never be successful doing the workouts, it only means the body won't be successful at getting lazy.
  3. Camaraderie. Research shows that working out with a group provides better/faster results than workouts performed alone. You will not be alone at our boot camps. You will be surrounded with people who likely have the same goals and struggles that you do.
  4. Lower cost than one on one personal training. For as little as $10 a session, you can exercise with the support and supervision of a personal trainer. You will reach your goals and we guarantee success.
  5. Full Body Workout in less than an hour. Trying to accomplish a full body workout at a gym in an hour is nearly impossible. At our boot camps, there is no waiting for someone to finish a set, trying to setup equipment, or being afraid to try a new equipment or exercise for fear of looking silly. We show you before each class how to perform the exercises, and provide one on one instruction during the sessions.
