Personal training is the best and fastest way to meet your fitness goals. You will work alongside your fitness trainer to define your goals and an exercise and nutrition plan to make your goals a reality. A personal trainer will coach and mentor you in the areas of diet and fitness. Your fitness coach will assist you in taking charge of your weight or help you tone up the problem areas of your body.

All personal training packages include routine body fat measurement and a personalized nutrition plan based on your individual goals. As your fitness levels improve and your metabolism increases, your nutrition plan will be updated. We offer 24/7 email support for your nutrition and fitness questions.

 
In-Home Training
If you would prefer to exercise in your home, we will bring the gym to you. You will get the same fitness benefits all from the privacy of your home.

Nutrition Analysis
In order to maximize your exercise efforts and achieve your fitness goals fast, you need to follow a proper nutrition plan. Your body is a machine that requires a certain amount of energy to run properly. If you are not consuming the right amount of calories based on your lean muscle mass, your body will store any food that you eat as fat. Poor nutrition habits can sabotage all of the hard work you do at the gym.

A nutrition analysis involves a one-on-one consultation with one of our personal trainers where your lean muscle mass is measured and your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculated. During the meeting, your dietary requirements and goals are reviewed as well as your desire to lose, maintain or gain body weight. Based on the consultation, a custom nutrition plan is developed to ensure your body is receiving the proper fuel its requires to perform optimally.
