Do I have to run?

by Randy Wadley 29. August 2009 02:20

No, you do not!!!  Some of us are born runners...some of us loathe the very thought of running.  Running is a great whole body workout and burns about 110 calories in 10 minutes if you weigh 150lbs.  There are many cardio exercises out there that can help you burn a lot of calories.  The key is to get up and get moving.

ShapeFit.com has a nice list of top burning cardio exercises, anything from swimming and cycling to rock climbing.  Another great online resource is this Calorie Calculator which allows you to select from a comprehensive list of activites, enter your weight and activity duration to determine your calorie expenditure.

Go burn some calories and remember to have fun Cool.
