Power Plank Row

Great Exercise:

Here is a good article on a GREAT exercise. Power Plank Row. As the article says, this exercise takes the core body ab and back workout to a new level by involving the arms. If you are a Monthly Boot Camper, this exercise will be coming to a gym near you!!Wink

You can scroll down to the bottom of the article to see the proper form. The trick here is to use LIGHT WEIGHTS. Focus on your abs as you move the kettle ball up. Monthly Boot Campers will row with one arm for 30 seconds, and switch to the other arm for the remaining 30 seconds.

Can you think of a way to perform a similar exercise with a Bosu Ball?
