What motivates you to workout?

by Randy Wadley 26. September 2009 11:42

Working out is one of the few selfish things we allow ourselves. Most people are always doing something for someone else. When you get up every day to take the kids to school, pack their lunches, shuttle them from activity to activity. You also work for "the man". He puts money in your bank account, so you are definitely going to do what it takes to make him or her happy. When is there time for you?

I would like to hear how you become motivated to workout. What works for you? Is it schedule, self image, health? Many people are motivated by different things. They key is finding what works for you, and sticking to it.

For your efforts in telling me how you are motivated, I will award 2 people 1 week of personal training each in my gym. (3 sessions) That's a $150 value each. Make it interesting and honest. I will post the winner Friday night. Thanks and good luck.
